Coming in v9.5 - Renaming tenants fixes mail merge

When mail merge letters are created, they are created under a folder which contains the tenants name.

If the tenants name is changed, version 9.5 of RentMaster will now also rename the tenants folder as well so the letters for that tenant can be found more easily.

Coming in v9.5 - Fax number on contractor work orders

In work orders, there is the ability to print a report suitable for sending to contractors with the details of the job to be completed.

This report has been modified to now include the contractors fax number if they have a fax number recorded.  This is to allow easier communication of the work order request to the contractor.

Coming in v9.5 - Required bond on the Bond/Deposit Held Report

The bond/deposit held report has been changed to include the required bond amount as entered on the tenant details screen as well as the existing actual amount. The required amount will only show if the report is printed in detailed mode.

Coming in v9.5 - Bond/Deposit Held report changes

The Bond/Deposit report is used to print a list of bond or deposit amounts for each tenant.

The report has been changed in v9.5 to include the option is including closed tenants in the report. Sometimes a tenant has been closed just a few days ago, and their bond has not yet been finalised, so the ability to show these tenants on the report has been included. Tenants with a zero bond balance will not be shown if they are closed.

Coming in v9.5 - Automatic transaction code column

When applying automatic transactions, the transaction code creating during transaction setup is now shown as an additional column.  So if you have a lot of different automatic transactions, the code column should make it easier to work out what each transaction is.
