A new feature has been added to the owner detail screen.

There is a new checkbox labelled Exclude from Disbursements. If this option is ticked, the owner will be excluded from automatic disbursements.  Their name will also be removed from the list of available names on the manual disbursement screen.

This can be useful if some owners should not ever get disbursements.  An example might be a property manager who also managed his/her own properties or maybe properties of their relatives.  They could exclude those owners from disbursements.

2012 has been an exciting one for us, with the wide launch of the new RentHQ.net property management software.

Hopefully the property market improves where you are.  Where I am in Auckland rents have been increasing quickly, which always makes landlords and property managers happy.
