Coming in v9.5 - Renaming tenants fixes mail merge

When mail merge letters are created, they are created under a folder which contains the tenants name. If the tenants name is changed, version 9.5 of RentMaster will now also rename the tenants folder as well so the letters for that tenant can be found more easily.
