A small change has been made to the NZ T41 Rent Summary report in the next release.

If the tenant has overpaid their total amount owing, the total at the bottom of the report is negative.  This causes some confusion for some people, who think that a negative number indicates they still owe money, when they dont.  So a new caption has been added to the bottom of the report which simply says '(Note - You have overpaid)'.

Another new change in the next release is changed made to tenant attachments which were originally created via the mail merge facility.

When editing these attachments, if you press the Email button it now correctly inserts the tenants or owners email address.

Also when editing these attachments, if you change the letter, you can now press the save button and save those changes.

A new change has been made to the mail merge facility.  We have added the 'Next Rent Period Period Start Date' as a new item on tenant based letters.
